Replacing your existing roof windows:

• Fill out our quick online form with details of the roof windows you’d like to replace.
• To find your VELUX roof window code, use the guides below:

• One of our advisors will give you a call within 2 working days to confirm your details and talk through your options.
• After your call, you’ll receive a supply & fit quote for your new VELUX roof windows.
• Installation is carried out by a VELUX Certified Installer, usually within 8–10 weeks of paying your deposit.
• Once your windows are fitted, you’ll receive a 10-year guarantee covering both the products and the installation.

Adding new roof windows:

• Fill out our quick online form with details of your project. You can also upload images, floor plans, or inspiration pictures.
• One of our advisors will call you within 2 working days to confirm your details and talk through your options.
• For new roof windows, a VELUX Certified Installer will visit your home. This costs £150 (inc. VAT), but the fee is deducted from your final installation cost.
• The visit ensures a professional checks your roof space before any products are ordered.
• After the visit, you’ll receive a fixed-price quote, extended warranties, and complete peace of mind.
• Installation takes place within 8–10 weeks of paying your deposit.

Design stage: Up to 1 month (often quicker, depending on project size).

Installation Service: Typically 8-12 weeks from when you pay the deposit (subject to installer availability).

Installation of the VELUX roof windows: Replacement windows are typically installed within half a day. New roof windows takes longer according to the number of windows and complexity of your project.

Yes! We’ll provide a detailed quote for your products and installation (if applicable). In most cases, you’ll usually receive this the same day as speaking with your Advisor or if an installer site visit takes place, this may be longer depending on the complexity of the project.

Using our Installation Service:

• 10-year guarantee on the roof windows, and 3-year guarantee on the blinds
• 10-year installation guarantee from VELUX
• All installers are VELUX Certified Installers, trained, and monitored by VELUX

Register your solar or electric roof windows for an extra 5 years of cover on electrical components.

1. Installer visit fee (only applicable for adding new roof windows): Pay £150 (inc. VAT) to book an installer visit (this is deducted from your overall costs if you proceed with installation).
2. First payment: Pay for the products in your quote once you confirm your order. This secures your installation date.
3. Final payment: Pay for the installation once the work is complete.

Interest-free finance available

We offer a 12-month interest-free payment plan for UK customers who select the VELUX Installation Service. This lets you split the total cost (products + installation) into 12 monthly payments, starting 30 days after installation is completed. Ask your advisor for details!

For customers in England and Wales, you will receive a CERTASS certificate after the work is completed. You will also get an insurance backed guarantee with the CERTASS certificate. This is a government recognised competence scheme, confirming that the work was carried out by a competent professional.
