Commercial Description
The roof exit window for uninhabited rooms secures easy access to the roof and ventilation. Side-hung, it opens to the left or right depending on preferred use. The opening restrictor securely holds the window open at 90-degrees. It comes complete with integrated flashing and moulded tread.
